Beef

Murray grey beef....superior marbling and carcass traits. "Traditional butchers prefer Murray Grey beef as it's consistent quality and tenderness can be relied upon." These beef are pasture raised without growth hormones or antibiotics.

Pork

Our pork is raised the old fashioned way. Pasture raised in lush alfalfa fields. Supplemented with corn from our own fields, and molasses to give a touch of sweetness. Each in their own comfortable shelter during warm months so they can do what is natural root, dig and run. During winter months they are housed in a warm free-range environment. Never raised in confinement. This gives our meat the flavor, texture and tenderness that set it apart. We believe a happy pig is a healthy pig! We raise two breeds, Hampshire and Duroc. Our crossbred hogs also have a third breed in their lineage, Yorkshire. This darker meat will have a flavor to it that you will not find in your local grocery store. We do custom orders and let you work directly with the processor to get the most out of your purchase. This is a very affordable way to fill your freezer with quality meat at half the cost.
